Aucor and Wildlife Auctions to join forces
Wildlife Auctions announced on Monday, March 3 the newly formed joint venture partnership between Aucor and Wildlife Auctions.
Aucor and Wildlife Auctions joint venture partnership Director Chere du Toit said that, after a 2 month long negotiation, they are all very excited about the partnership with the first auction being held in April 2014.”“Aucor - one of the largest auction authorities in Africa - and Wildlife Auctions - renowned as one of the largest entities in the marketing of game in the wildlife industry - has joined in partnership with the aim to become the leader in the game and wildlife trading industry,” Chere said; adding that regular auctions by Aucor Wildlife Auctions will include game and wildlife, livestock, properties, wheels and movables.
“As part of the strategy, Aucor Wildlife Auctions acquired the Oljaco Game Dealers auction pens in Vaalwater from where auctions will be conducted from as early as 05 April 2014.”Chere also said that in addition to the new premises, Aucor Wildlife Auctions takes pride in the fact that it will be the first and only auction company in South Africa with the ability to host and manage auctions in conjunction with internet auctions by means of live video streaming.
“Using the latest technology available, the client will be able to bid and participate in the auction from anywhere in the world, proving that Aucor Wildlife Auctions truly stands at the pioneering front in regard to game trading,” Chere said. She added that future plans include the expansion of the boma, the building of a restaurant, and making the premises safe and friendly to accommodate children.
